Questions parents ask

How much should I be "teaching" my child at 0–12 months?
At 0–12 months, almost none of it looks like teaching. Your baby learns through your face, your voice and their own hands. Nothing needs teaching — responsive, playful attention is the whole curriculum. Everyday talk, play and real jobs at home do the work.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. Every activity here starts with things you already have — steel katoris, dal, cloth, cardboard, your own voice. Anything you could buy is optional and never necessary.
Is my child behind if they can't do these yet?
Children vary widely and normal ranges are wide. These are things to try, not tests to pass. For any specific worry about development, our milestone tracker and your paediatrician are the right first stops.
